Your privacy is important to us. As a mobile mechanic service, we understand the significance of maintaining confidentiality while servicing your vehicle at your home, workplace, or other locations. Rest assured, your information will always remain secure and private with our Auto Repair Service. 

We strive to source your parts from the best available auto repair vendors. For specialty or specific components that need to be ordered after service and diagnostics are completed, we will procure them directly from the dealership to ensure quality and compatibility. Our mobile mechanic service will ensure that the auto repair is done correctly the first time, with the right parts.

All auto repairs come with a manufacturer’s warranty on the parts, and our workmanship is fully guaranteed. If any installation issues arise, we will resolve them promptly, with no questions asked.

Payment for auto parts is required before the start of your auto repair service. Labor and service and diagnostics costs will be due upon completion of the work by our mobile auto technician. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.

Financing is available for mobile mechanic service.

Please ask about our financing options that are available to help you with repairs. 

Scheduled appointments are handled in the order they are received. Please allow a 30-60 minute arrival window for us to reach your service location. If we are unable to meet at the scheduled appointment time due to unexpected delays, we will ensure to promptly reschedule at a time convenient for you.

With Monkey Wrench Auto Assurance, we provide peace of mind to our customers with a thorough service and diagnostics to address any issues with your vehicle. This ensures you’re back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Our diagnostic service is available for just $125.

Disclaimer: If auto repairs are authorized to be completed by Monkey Wrench Auto, this fee will be applied as credit towards repairs.

Emergency Dispatch will incur a charge of $125 Service and Diagnostics. This fee is to be paid upon scheduling the Emergency Service.

Disclaimer: This can be applied towards repairs if you authorize Monkey Wrench Auto to complete the Auto Repair.

 Same-day appointment cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. However, rescheduled appointments will not incur this fee.

Refunds are reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair and appropriate handling for each unique situation.
